Business Etiquette Service Excellence

When I was introduced to this subject, it made me ponder to what is BESE about. I only heard that we have to wear our formal wears to school and learning about business etiquette.

Entering the school knowing nothing about dress code from head to toe. Formal wear is very foreign to me, where I only encounter it's existence through adults or television programmes.

Being in the hospitality and tourism industry, business etiquette is definitely important [as most people know] and to the extent of a necessity.

Towards the end of this subject, i realised the significant change in my personal grooming standards and behaviour.

Therefore, this portfolio is not just an assignment that I am obliged to do, but a way of reflection and thoughts that displays my growth throughout the path of learning business etiquette and service excellence.

Loves, Charisse
